Edinburgh Preserves Wild Boar Pate 180g

Pork Liver, Pork Meat, Wild Boar Meat (20%), Pork Fat, Salt, Spices, Nutmeg, Pepper.

Established by Sandy Herd in 1995, when he had a family recipe for tomato chutney and a vision for making country kitchen style preserves using only the finest ingredients. Since then the company has gone from strength to strength, and they pride themselves on using only the best ingredients and cooking in small batches to maintain the quality of the product. Their range is becoming increasingly popular and they have an ever-growing list of award winning products.

IJ Mellis of Morningside

Mellis Cheesemongers have now been trading for over 25 years, bringing together producers and consumers for mutual benefit. The aim for the future is to continue this process while continually striving to improve

 Arran Cheddar comes from a family business in the home farm of Brodick Castle. The Arran cheddar is a matured pasteurised cow’s milk cheese with a sweet finish.

 Served with our crusty bread, oat cakes, pickles and don’t forget the Chutney
