Having more veggie days doesn’t mean we have to sacrifice the things we love most, pretty much anything we eat can be plant-based ingredients – even really meaty dishes like veggie burgers, meatballs, and lasagnes, it just takes a little imagination, a bit of creativity…..with the green beans and broccoli go with a Colombard, sweet potatoes and carrots bring on the Rose …..garlic ,onions and shallots top them with a Riesling…. peppers, lentils, cashew nuts chili’s do great with the light reds Sangiovese and Pinot Noir. Let’s get lean on green, time for the salad resolution, the house standard with dressing screams out for the acidity of a Petite Chablis, mums favourite Caesar goes great with a Chardonnay, don’t forget the Greek with a Viognier.
